All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Confirmation: You will receive an email and an SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Timelines & Costs

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. And our shipping is free for every pincode of India.

Estimated Delivery Timelines (after dispatch):

• Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days

• Rest of India (Tier II/III cities): 5 - 7 business days

• North East India, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar: 7 - 10 business days

5. Important Information

• Address Accuracy: To ensure timely delivery, please provide your complete and accurate address, including pincode and a mobile number. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

• Serviceable Pincodes: While we aim to serve all pincodes in India, there may be certain areas that are unserviceable by our courier partners. For COD orders in such cases, our team will contact you to convert your order to prepaid.

• Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including bad weather, strikes, festive seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

• Business Days: "Business days" refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
